Sildes Antonio has been part of the DDS journey since its earliest stages and today serves as our eyes, ears and trusted presence on the ground in Angola. His relationship with DDS is built on something that goes back much further than football. After first becoming colleagues in Angola more than 15 years ago, a close friendship and mutual trust remained across the years. When DDS was founded, Sildes was one of the first people we turned to — knowing the importance of having someone in Angola we could trust completely. Today, Sildes identifies and evaluates talent, attends matches, builds relationships with clubs and football officials, supports our players locally and represents DDS in our ongoing work with partner clubs. He was also the scout who first identified Anderson Afonso, our first Angolan signing. Professional, loyal and highly dependable, Sildes combines a strong understanding of Angolan football with an excellent eye for people and talent. His calm, positive and humble personality has made him not only an important part of our work in Angola, but a fundamental part of DDS Football Management.

Mr. Alves brings a lifetime of experience in Angolan football to DDS Football Management. One of the most respected figures of his generation, he enjoyed an outstanding playing career and remains the holder of Girabola’s single-season goalscoring record with 29 goals — a record standing for more than four decades. Since his playing career, Mr. Alves has worked extensively within Angolan football as a coach, at national-team level and in youth development. He has also served on several occasions as an advisor to the presidency of 1º de Agosto. As Senior Advisor and Head Scout in Angola, his football intelligence, eye for talent, local knowledge and extensive network are fundamental to DDS. Mr. Alves helps guide our work in Angola and ensures it is built on knowledge, relationships and respect for the local game.

For as long as I can remember, sport has been an important part of my life – not only as competition, but as a way of understanding people, development and potential. From playing and coaching football to working for nearly a decade as a teacher, much of my journey has revolved around helping people grow. Today, I bring those experiences together as Co-Founder, FIFA Licensed Football Agent and Scout at DDS Football Management. My background as a teacher and coach has shaped how I work with players, teaching me the importance of patience, communication and understanding that every individual develops differently. As a scout, I look beyond what a player can offer today. Talent matters, but so do character, mentality, willingness to learn and the potential to grow in the right environment. As an agent, that perspective continues through career planning, negotiations and the important decisions that shape a player’s journey. DDS brings together many of the things I value most – football, scouting, relationships and personal development. My ambition is to use that experience to help players find the right opportunities and environments to develop, both as footballers and as individuals.

DDS Football Management is a small, family-run agency operating primarily in Sweden and Angola. We guide and support players throughout their entire careers, whether they are based in Europe or working their way toward it.

Beyond transfers and contract negotiations, we connect players with trusted experts in nutrition, training, mental resilience, and physical well-being, always tailored to the individual. Trust, honesty, and personal attention are at the core of everything we do.

We focus on a select group of long-term clients to ensure every player gets the attention they deserve, though we are open to shorter-term arrangements when that suits best. We aim to be more than agents, dedicated, long-term partners in your football journey.

Our connection with Theodor Flensborg began long before DDS Football Management existed. We first got to know him as the younger brother who would occasionally come along to Jonathan’s matches, while starting his own football journey with Hässelby SK.


Today, Theodor is taking his first steps in senior football with Sundbybergs IK. A strong, quick and left-footed centre-back, he is composed on the ball, strong in the air and difficult to play against. His competitive nature, understanding of the game and willingness to develop have always stood out to us.


Having already been part of his brother Jonathan’s journey, there is a long-standing relationship and trust between DDS and the Flensborg family. But our belief in Theodor is very much his own.


A talented young defender with a genuine love for football, combined with the happy and easy-going personality we have known for years. We are proud to have Theodor as part of the DDS family.

Jonathan Flensborg is a versatile attacking player who combines technical ability with intelligence, movement, and a strong work ethic. Comfortable both centrally and in wider attacking positions, he brings energy to the final third and has the ability to contribute both in the build-up and closer to goal.


After progressing through Swedish football and establishing himself at senior level with Sundbybergs IK, Jonathan took his first step abroad in January 2025, signing with 07 Vestur in the Faroe Islands.


Jonathan’s connection with DDS goes back much further. Our journey with him began when he was just 11 years old and continued through his development from youth football into the senior game. Years later, that relationship developed into professional representation, making Jonathan the very first player to sign with DDS Football Management.


Having followed his development for so many years, we know both the player and the person behind the football. Jonathan continues to develop his game and build his experience at senior level, and DDS is proud to be part of the next chapters of his career.

Anderson Afonso is an exciting young Angolan winger known for his technical ability, intelligence, creativity, and willingness to take responsibility in the final third. Primarily operating from the left, he combines speed and strong one-on-one ability with an excellent understanding of space and an ability to create and finish chances.

After establishing himself in the Girabola with Luanda City, Anderson continued his development with an impressive 2025/26 season, recording 7 goals and 4 assists in 21 appearances and being named Girabola U23 Player of the Year.

DDS first identified Anderson during our scouting work in Angola, and he became our first Angolan signing. We believe his combination of talent, mentality, and football intelligence gives him significant potential to continue developing and take the next steps in his career.
